"Genius: A Night for Ray Charles" is set to air Friday, Oct. 22 on CBS. The one-hour special, taped on Oct. 8th at L.A.'s Staples Center, was a star-studded event set to coincide with the release of the new Ray Charles biopic “Ray” on Oct. 29th. Jamie Foxx, who plays Charles in the feature film, hosted the special. Al Green, Norah Jones, B.B. King, Kenny Chesney and Mary J. Blige were also among those scheduled to perform.
